After graduating from TBI, we moved to Louisville for more school and had our first child, Luke. He is a great joy to us and we are learning much as we raise him with the goal of being a man who treasures Christ above all else.
Chris is currently working at Starbucks Coffee and is a student at Southern Seminary, where he loves nearly all of his classes. He just returned from a study trip to Oxford, England and hopes to graduate with his M.Div. next May.
Katie is a great wife and mother. She spends most of her time with Luke, but also does some light housework for a local family and teaches piano during the school year.
Luke loves to crawl and walk around the house (doing the latter only with assistance). His hobbies include eating flies, unrolling the toilet paper, and looking at-not quite reading-his books.

Today while my wife Krista was eating lunch with our four-year-old son Micah, they had a very interesting conversation. Here's what she said:

Attempting to explain to Micah that God doesn't just dwell in heaven, but is everywhere, I mentioned that when we trust Him for the forgiveness of our sins, His Holy Spirit actually dwells within us. Trying to understand, he said, “But He's so big He would poke out!”

Update from the Reimers

Greetings from the Reimers!

What are we up to? After graduation, we moved back to Washington
(the
one in the NW), next-door to Krista's parents, aunt, and grandmother.
We are all doing well. I'm paying the bills by working four days a week
at my computer job, and spending the extra day doing what I can to help
at our church, Bridge Community, where I've been invited to sort of
apprentice with the elders. We are working through several issues, such
as women's minisry roles, worship, and outreach, so there is much to do.

We'd love to hear how you're doing, and I'm sure your friends would as well, so blog an update under your area.

Godspeed,
